It is possible to dive 15 - 18 times in a variety of environments during this week, an excellent trip for anyone desiring to move their experience and comfort level onto the 'fast track'

TRIP DEADLINE CLARIFICATION

All of our trips have a listed deadline. Each trip budget is based on a minimum number participants for a trip to run as scheduled. The deadline helps us to confirm that there is enough interest to keep the trip on the books. As long as we meet the minimum, the trip will run. We encourage you to call for availability if you would like to sign up after the deadline has passed. Often times we can add you on up until just a few days prior to departure on the local trips. If in doubt, CALL US!

TRIP DEPOSIT POLICY

Your deposit is a promise to travel, contracts are signed, reservations are confirmed, and staff engaged, so please understand that trip deposits are non-refundable. Airfare and taxes can also change at anytime, so package price can never be fully guaranteed. Complete cancellation policy is contained in each travelers personal copy of the Easy Divers Registration and Travel application.

TRAVEL SAVVY

If you are going to travel in and out of the US, you will need a passport. Good news: The US State Department said late last week that it has returned its passport processing turnaround to standard service levels: six to eight weeks for regular applications and three weeks maximum for expedited applications. Take the time now to fill out your application, get your pictures made, and get into the US Post Office for processing. No procrastinating allowed.

TRAVEL TIP
Program the phone numbers of all of your important contacts before leaving home. Include: credit card company, airline, hotel, and In Case of Emergency numbers. Also email yourself a copy of the first page of your passport so that you can retrieve it in the unlikely event your passport goes MIA during one of your travel adventures. It will be much easier to get a replacement from the local embassy if you can access this info.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

If you can afford to lose your entire trip payment, STOP reading this now. For most of us however, we plan and save to make our vacation dreams come true and if family illness, bad weather, or other unforseen circumstances were to keep us from our trip we would want to be reimbursed. Travelex Insurance has several affordable plans to meet our needs. Please visit: www.travelex-insurance.com and read their top ten reasons: Why Buy . When you are ready to purchase your plan, use our record locator # 42-0002, you may leave the agent code section blank. Once your transaction is completed a copy of your confirmation will be sent to me and I will put it into your travel file. Also take a copy with you so you will have contact phone numbers should the need arise. A little time and attention to purchasing travel insurance can make all the difference if the unexpected happens.
