ADVENTURE/ADVANCED CLASS

How would you like to have more diving fun, gain more specialized experience, and become eligible to participate in more diving adventures? Now is a great time to consider starting the PADI Advanced Open Water course. This level of training is an excellent way to build your skills and confidence and is highly recommended for all divers.

During the course, you will make five Adventure dives with specific objectives to be met. All candidates must make the Deep and Underwater Navigation dives and then may choose any three specialty dives. There is no written test and your Adventure dives may be scheduled over multiple dive trips. We suggest that for each Adventure dive you make, you have two to three fun dives to fully incorporate your new skills into your dive plan and buddy team techniques.

Our current Easy Divers Staff can collectively teach the following specialty dives:
Boat Diver, Delayed Surface Marker Buoy, Dive Propulsion Vehicle, Drift, Dry Suit, Digital Underwater Photography, Enriched Air Nitrox, Fish ID, Full Face Mask, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, Self-Reliant, Underwater Naturalist, Whale Shark and Wreck.

We ask that you register and pick up your Student Crew Pak at least seven days before your first pool session. Although pool time is not required, we find that it allows our divers to be better equipped to meet the open water objectives. Every student will participate in the Navigation pool session and then may choose any other ONE of our Advanced Open Water Specialty nights to prepare for open water training. Two Advanced Open Water pool sessions are included with your class tuition fee and unlimited extra Advanced topic pool sessions may be taken for $25 per session during our Fitness Fanatic scheduled sessions. Some specialty areas may require additional gear or accessory purchases, so please call us today and let us create a specialized program just for you.

Activity Fee: $250
When: Schedule to be announced – we schedule topics based on the upcoming trips
Please Note:
Some specialties require additional accessory purchases.
Preregistration required: Payment is due in full to reserve class space and pick up your Advanced Open Water Crew Pak (includes textbook, surface marker buoy & whistle), please allow at least one week to complete home self study.
